What if I told you there are no shortcuts to a weight loss journey?
I had a client ask me last week about a particular weight loss pill, and the truth is, there are no shortcuts. If you think a company is pitching you something too good to be true, stick to your gut (pun intended). 9/10 times they will be BS.
Weight loss companies bank on customers wanting to cut corners to get FAST results when in reality, nothing will replace a well-balanced diet that works for YOU. There is no perfect diet that fits all. The truth is the ideal diet is what your body responds to best.
If you want to lose weight, it's as simple as expending more calories than you are consuming. It takes time to see results, reflect on how your body responds to your meal plan, and don't get sucked in on any supplements or diet plans that say "get lean in 4 weeks."
