The Many Benefits of Flex Discs

A great tool and piece of equipment to utilize in your workout routine are using these Flex Discs by @flexmvmtfitness No I am not sponsored by them (yet), they just truly provide a lot of benefits and variety to the workouts I program for my clients.

They provide full a 360 degree range of motion for any given exercise that can focus on:
1. Mobility
2. Stability
3. Flexibility
4. Balance
5. Core
6. Strength

The video I attached below touches on each aspect just to give you a small taste of what types of movements you can perform using these discs. You can also perform these using glider discs on some sort of turf, however, since they don’t have wheels you may find it trickier since you’ll have friction working against you.

Regardless of what piece of equipment you use, you have to give the above routine a try.
Work: 40 seconds
Rest: 20 seconds
Sets: 3

A little extra recovery to ensure you’re properly rested and have sufficient balance/stability. Enjoy!
