The Semi-Private

Training

Program

  • Three stations with unique training focus points: Turf, Rack, and Bench

  • Three clients per session for more cost efficient training, but still receive the individualized benefits of personal training

  • Target different muscle groups as they alternate each day of the week for proper recovery from day-to-day

  • Workout structure varies each week to hit different energy systems for a well rounded training experience

 

Turf

Calisthenics and mobility along with functional and corrective exercises are the main focus points here to help clients build body control and kinesthetic awareness. An unbelievable amount of core strength can be developed along with flexibility, coordination, and balance with the equipment used here such as: discs, kettlebells, bands

Rack

Squat, Bench, Press, and Deadlift are foundational compound lifts that we utilize here to develop maximum strength that have an incredible amount of carry over to everyday life. With the main piece of equipment being the barbell, we also incorporate bands, a suspension trainer, a pull-up bar, and a cable pulley system help compliment the major lifts for a well rounded physique.

 

Bench

Accessory movements help target smaller muscle groups that assist with helping perfect your form on the major lifts. The auxiliary exercises done here, utilize the multi-functional bench, dumbbells, and barbell. On more aerobic and endurance training weeks, we also use the battle ropes to burn fat while also increasing lean muscle mass.
