The Many Benefits of Barbell Landmine Training
Barbell Landmine training provide many benefits to your workout regime:
1. Useful for people with injuries, misalignments, or limited mobility
2. Great for people with limited space, time, and equipment as they’re so much you can do
with a barbell and a corner of the room
3. If you struggle with the fundamental and foundational movements (squat, press,
deadlift), the movement patterns here are a lot more conducive to perfecting the movements
The set-up is easy: stick a landmine attachment into 2 heavy plates and you’re good to go. Don’t have a landmine attachment? No worries, just take that barbell (and pad or cut up tennis ball to not scratch the wall) and stick it in a corner and it’s that simple.
